Our kitchen philosophy is simple: we source what the region and the season have to offer, and turn it into honest dishes of the highest quality. Our produce comes primarily from hand-picked suppliers in the Rhineland and surrounding area. What arrives fresh each day shapes the menu – not the other way around.

Our menu changes regularly with the seasons. However, some classics have been with us for years – here is a selection of our most popular dishes.
Wiener Schnitzel
Our signature dish: tender veal loin, hand-breaded and fried to a golden crisp in clarified butter. Served with French fries and a fresh salad – the best schnitzel north of the Alps.
Tuna Tataki
Seared tuna on creamy avocado with caramelised red-wine onions and an aromatic soy reduction. Fresh, light and packed with umami.
Avocado & Crayfish
Ripe avocado, gently poached crayfish tails and a touch of lemon – finished with fresh herbs and a delicate wild-herb salad. Light, elegant and a true classic among our starters.
Beef Tartare
Hand-cut beef tartare with paprika aioli, crispy potato straws and a wild-herb salad. Classically prepared, honest in flavour.
Monkfish Medallions

Main Dining Room
The largest of our spaces blends historic charm with modern design. Warm lighting, fine materials and understated colours create an ambience that invites you to linger. Ideal for couples, small groups or business dinners.
Fireplace Room
Our Fireplace Room offers an especially intimate atmosphere: a crackling fire, dark wood and plush upholstery make it the perfect setting for private celebrations, family gatherings or exclusive business meetings in a small group.
Mirror Hall New
Our new Mirror Hall is the highlight for special occasions. Large antique mirrors multiply the candlelight, creating a uniquely festive atmosphere. Ideal for birthdays, corporate events, receptions and private dinners – for up to 40 guests.
