No, breakfast is not included in the room rate. The breakfast buffet costs €20 per person per day for hotel guests. External guests can join for €25 per person – advance reservation required.

Ashley's Garden has 28 individually designed rooms in English country house style.

Dogs and pets are welcome, provided they are house-trained. Please mention this when booking.

Yes, Ashley's Garden is a fully non-smoking hotel. According to our terms, a cleaning fee of €400 applies in case of violations.

No. Charging or storing e-bike, pedelec and bicycle batteries in guest rooms is strictly prohibited for fire safety reasons — our insurance does not cover any damages caused. Please leave batteries at reception. If alternative use is required, a signed liability waiver must be provided in advance; in case of fire, the responsible guest carries full liability.

No. Our garden pool serves exclusively as a visual highlight of the garden. Due to municipal regulations we are unable to open it for public use. The pool may not be entered or used. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Ashley's Garden is located at Karl-Kleppe-Straße 20, 40474 Düsseldorf, in the Golzheim district (Weiße Siedlung) – in the immediate vicinity of Messe Düsseldorf.

Yes, 14 free parking spaces are available directly in front of the hotel, plus 2 bays with EV charging stations (for electric vehicles only), on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not accept liability for vehicles.

Düsseldorf Airport (DUS) is approximately 4.2 km from Ashley's Garden.

Take the U78 or U79 from Reeser Platz; you will reach Heinrich-Heine-Allee (Old Town) or the main station in around 8 minutes.

The restaurant is open Tuesday to Saturday from 6:00 pm. We work with two seatings: 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and from 8:15 pm. Closed on Sundays and Mondays.

We are famous for our hand-breaded Wiener Schnitzel of veal loin – the "best schnitzel north of the Alps". Our Beef Fillet is equally popular. We also offer a curated wine list with more than 120 selections.

From 12 people we offer curated menu compositions. Flying Dinners are available from 85 people.

Yes, our conference package starts at €69 per person and includes projector, screen, flipchart and Wi-Fi. Booking 2–4 weeks in advance is recommended, especially during trade fair season.

Yes, we host weddings in our rooms – from intimate receptions in the Conservatory to large celebrations with up to 130 guests. We will be happy to advise you personally.
