What is the minimum number of participants for a conference? ▾
Conferences are available from 12 persons. Depending on the group size, the Fireplace Room (up to 25), Fireplace Room II (up to 20) or Conservatory (up to 25) are available – combined in the fireplace area up to 45 persons. Please contact us for the right arrangement.
Is the conference technology included in the price? ▾
Yes – projector, screen, flipchart and WiFi are included in the conference package from €69 per person. For more specific requirements (video conferencing, etc.) please contact us in advance.
Can conference participants also stay overnight? ▾
Absolutely. We offer conference participants special rates for overnight stays. Please let us know when booking so we can reserve the rooms for you.
How far in advance should I book? ▾
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during trade fair periods in Düsseldorf. During trade fair season, rooms tend to fill up early.
Is there an option for an evening get-together? ▾
Yes – we recommend an aperitif reception in the garden or fireplace room, followed by a business dinner in the restaurant. This turns your conference day into a complete experience.
Are cancellations free of charge? ▾
Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before the date. After that, we charge €50 per person. Different conditions apply for trade fair dates as per our T&Cs.
