A website for everyone
Our commitment
We want all guests – regardless of any physical or technical limitations – to be able to use our website comfortably. We regard accessibility as an ongoing process that we work on continuously.
Measures implemented
- Clear, semantic HTML structure with a meaningful heading hierarchy
- Descriptive alternative text for content-relevant images
- Full keyboard operability with a visible focus indicator
- „Skip to content“ link
- Colour contrasts in accordance with WCAG 2 AA
- Responsive layout for all devices, text scalable up to 200 %
- Light and dark display modes (dark mode)
- Labelled controls (ARIA labels) for icons and buttons
- Respect for the „reduce motion“ system setting
Conformance status
The website is largely compliant with level AA of WCAG 2.1. Individual areas may not yet be fully accessible; we are continuously working to improve them.
Content that is not or only partially accessible
Some embedded third-party services are outside our direct control and may not be fully accessible, including:
- the external online booking and reservation service
- the embedded map (Google Maps)
- the chat assistant
- individual PDF documents available for download
